1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry, specifically with K-12 and high school projects.
2. Demonstrable knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety guidelines.
3. Proven track record of managing projects from the ground up, with a focus on timely delivery and budget control.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
7. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
8. Certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus.
