**What We're Looking For:**

• A seasoned professional with at least 10 years in the Heavy Highway & Roadway Construction Industry, ideally with Municipality experience.
• A strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of construction processes, safety, health guidelines, and local DOT standards.
• A decision-maker capable of juggling multiple tasks and deadlines, all while keeping a keen eye on quality and safety.
• An exemplary communicator with proven leadership skills, ready to motivate and address challenges head-on.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, organizational wizardry, and a knack for time management.
• An OSHA 30-hour trained leader who ensures compliance and champions safety and quality on-site.
