We're a full service General Contractor based in Charlotte, NC experienced building Manufacturing, Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, & Corporate Office projects throughout the Carolinas, Tennessee, Virginia, & Georgia.

Our team is actively looking to make a long-term hire for a Superintendent that is willing to travel to projects throughout the Carolinas.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with healthcare/medical related construction projects as a Superintendent. Additional experience in other construction markets is a huge plus!

Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent with experience in Healthcare Construction to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity, offering the chance to oversee and manage all stages of construction projects within the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all construction activities, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will also be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure all projects meet the specific requirements of the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all stages of the construction process, from design and pre-construction to completion and handover.
• Ensure all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and healthcare

professionals.

• Understand and adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements related to healthcare construction.
• Develop and implement project schedules, manage daily operations, and coordinate the work of all team members and

subcontractors.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the projects are progressing as planned and to identify any potential issues or delays.
• Resolve any construction-related issues, disputes, or disagreements, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
• Prepare regular reports on the progress of the construction projects, including any changes to the schedule or budget.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging all team members to identify opportunities for improvement and

innovation.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent.
• Proven experience in managing healthcare construction projects, from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of the specific requirements and regulations related to healthcare construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and coordinate the work of a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve construction-related issues quickly and effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Commitment to safety and quality, with a track record of adhering to all safety and quality standards in previous roles.
