Superintendent - Construction

We are a top CM in the Greater Philadelphia Market with a strong pipeline of healthcare and life science projects. We are looking to add strong individuals to out team!

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction management or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in managing subcontractors and overseeing large construction projects.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
