We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, conducting audits, and managing general accounting activities. Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and accounting principles.

2. Audit:

• Assist in the planning and execution of internal and external audits.

3. General Accounting:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and maintain proper documentation.

4. Compliance:

• Stay updated with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Support the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.

5. Financial Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and provide insights to management.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, including variance analysis and financial modeling.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, revenue growth, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification or progress towards certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, audit procedures, and general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
