Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all stages of litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes.
• Handle a broad range of real estate disputes, including commercial and residential property disputes, landlord-tenant conflicts, and zoning issues.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on complex real estate litigation matters.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in real estate litigation.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients where appropriate.
• Collaborate with colleagues to devise effective litigation strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments and trends in real estate litigation.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a real estate litigator.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with the New York State Bar.
• Proven trial experience is essential.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex disputes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
