We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Sr. Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional who is ready to take on a challenging role in a fast-paced and innovative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. The role requires a deep understanding of project management, procurement, Procore, estimating, permitting, contracts, and scheduling.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the entire life cycle of construction projects, from inception to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
2. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to track progress and make visible to stakeholders.
3. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
4. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
5. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
6. Perform risk management to minimize project risks and devise contingency plans.
7. Oversee all procurement activities, ensuring materials and services are acquired at the best cost and quality.
8. Utilize Procore for project management, providing training and support to team members as needed.
9. Conduct detailed estimating for each project, ensuring that all costs are accurately reflected and budgeted.
10. Manage all permitting processes, ensuring compliance with all regulations and codes.
11. Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors, ensuring that all contracts are fair and beneficial.
12. Develop and maintain a project schedule, coordinating with all parties to ensure that work is carried out in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
3. Proven experience in project management, procurement, Procore, estimating, permitting, contracts, and scheduling.
4. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage teams and projects effectively.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
6. Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to negotiate contracts effectively.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
8. Proficiency in the use of project management software, such as Procore.
9. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
11. PMP certification is a plus.
