Responsibilities:

As a Sr Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading and managing the project team with a clear focus on integrating all team members' efforts to achieve high-quality results.
2. Developing comprehensive project plans, setting realistic timelines, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Managing the financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
4. Reviewing and approving all change orders and ensuring they are communicated and implemented effectively.
5. Ensuring adherence to all construction safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety within the team.
6. Coordinating pre-construction activities, including feasibility studies, site surveys, and contractor selection.
7. Regularly reporting on project status to company executives and stakeholders, and resolving any issues that may affect project success.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a strong business acumen. The qualifications for this position include:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
2. Proven experience in managing budgets and financial forecasting.
3. Extensive knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
4. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
5. Experience with change orders and construction safety regulations.
6. Proficiency in project planning and pre-construction activities.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
8. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering
9. Experience with projects of $10 Million and higher
10. Commercial Construction experience
