Currently, we're on the lookout for a seasoned Permanent Commercial Sr. Project Manager specializing in ground-up large projects within the construction sector. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a proactive individual well-versed in commercial construction, especially in overseeing substantial ground-up endeavors. As a Permanent Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of our commercial construction projects. Your key duties will include:

• Leading the planning and implementation of commercial construction projects from the ground up.
• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Developing full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
• Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis, resolving any issues and conflicts.
• Managing project budget and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conducting project post-mortems and creating a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Ensuring that all projects are executed in compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing "Commercial Ground Up" and large commercial construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects in the hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and senior living sectors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management models, and financial management.
• An ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
