What You Will Be Doing

The Project Manager, in partnership with the Superintendent, is responsible for the overall success of a construction project. This position is responsible for providing exceptional client service, leading a project team, and providing management of project budget, schedule, and quality. Additionally, the Project Manager oversees contractual requirements and documentation. Project Managers help lead the way in providing a good experience for everyone involved, including subcontractors and owners.

What You Need for this Position

*** A diverse project list that includes both commercial and industrial projects..... No project list = Not hired

*** Strong understanding of building systems

*** 7-10 years experience in commercial construction

*** Degree in Construction Management

*** Solid acumen for ProCore, Primavera, Bluebeam and MS Office

*** Effective verbal and written communication skills

*** Excellent planning and problem-solving skills

*** Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and subcontractors
