Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Actively develop and maintain software applications using agile team development methodologies.
- Determine/Recommend software design based on modern best practices in cloud (Azure) frameworks and standards.
- Develop features working with Product Managers, Engineering scrum team, Client Operations, and Sales Teams.
- Advise on the development and implementation of comprehensive project schedules.
- Collaborate with and support the work of other teams to produce deliverables.
- Provides input into coding standards, code reviews and best practices with focus on continuous improvement of platform reliability and scalability.
- Develop proof-of-concept solutions in collaboration with product and other development teams.
- Ensures that we are continuously raising our standard of engineering excellence.
- Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
- Provide technical guidance and coaching to other team members.
- Create, maintain, and organize technical documentation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of fullstack coding experience in a production environment, including C#, React, and Azure
- Experience with JavaScript front end libraries and frameworks (React preferred).
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS startup highly preferred.
- High proficiency in server-side libraries and architecture (C#/.NET preferred), and experience connecting to APIs (REST, HTTP).
- Experience communicating/collaborating with different IT cross functions (DevOps, Cloud infrastructure, Security, Product, QA).
- Ability to query and execute against relational databases (SQL)
- Experience translating functional requirements to design.
- Experienced in Enterprise Software Development and Design Patterns.
