Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Finance Director to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the financial future of our company in the apparel and retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance. The Sr. Finance Director will lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes, manage the finance team, and stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all financial aspects of the company, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
2. Provide strategic financial guidance and leadership to the company.
3. Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
4. Manage and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions.
6. Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors, stakeholders, and executive team.
7. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to drive the company's financial performance and strategic business planning.
8. Manage cash flow and forecasting, and ensure the company's financial systems are robust, compliant, and support current activities and future growth.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
2. 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
3. Experience in the apparel or fashion industry and retail industry is a must.
4. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
5. Proven experience in financial strategy and planning.
6. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present financial information and complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
9. Proven ability to think strategically and implement strategy-based financial initiatives that align with the company's strategic direction.
10. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
