Job Details:
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly-analytical Sr. Corporate Financial Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for the analysis, implementation, and upgrade of financial systems. You will be working closely with the finance team and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of financial data across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Corporate Financial Analysis, GAAP, Statutory Accounting Principles, and Financial ERP systems.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct in-depth financial systems analysis and provide strategic recommendations to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements.
3. Implement and manage Financial ERP systems, ensuring they align with company's financial management strategies.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles, and ensure all financial systems are compliant with these standards.
5. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for financial systems procedures, configurations, and specifications.
6. Assist in the design and delivery of end-user training on financial systems.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve financial system issues, providing ongoing support to users.
8. Participate in the development and implementation of financial system upgrades and enhancements.
9. Ensure the security and integrity of financial data by establishing and enforcing proper accounting controls and procedures.

Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is a plus.
2. A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Financial Analyst, with a strong focus on financial systems analysis and implementation.
3. Solid knowledge of GAAP and Statutory Accounting Principles.
4. Proven experience with Financial ERP system implementation and management.
5. Proficient in using financial software and advanced Excel skills.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
9. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
