We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Core Systems Administrator to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our core banking systems, ensuring optimal performance and security. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment and has a passion for technology and its ability to drive efficiency and innovation in the finance industry.

Responsibilities:

As a Sr. Core Systems Administrator, you will:

1. Manage, maintain, and optimize our core banking systems, specifically Corelation KeyStone, ensuring its seamless operation across all departments.
2. Leverage your SQL expertise to manage databases, generate complex queries, and troubleshoot any issues.
3. Use your UI scripting skills to enhance the user interface and overall user experience of our systems.
4. Implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath, streamlining our processes and increasing efficiency.
5. Work closely with various teams to understand their needs and ensure the core platforms meet these needs effectively.
6. Maintain the security and integrity of the core banking environments, implementing necessary measures to protect sensitive data.
7. Provide technical support and training to other team members, fostering an environment of knowledge-sharing.
8. Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies, making recommendations for system enhancements or new solutions.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues, minimizing downtime and disruption to business operations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on core banking systems.
3. Proficiency in Corelation KeyStone, SQL, UI scripting, and RPA.
4. Experience with UiPath and core platforms.
5. Familiarity with core banking environments and Windows 10.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. A passion for technology and its potential to drive efficiency and innovation in the finance industry.
