Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain automation and control systems.
  • Provide technical leadership in the development of operational technology (OT) solutions, including PLC, DCS Controls, SCADA, CPM, and OT equipment.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all aspects of automation and control systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of automation and control systems into existing operations.
  • Develop and implement OT network and access control strategies.
  • Contribute to the design of network infrastructure to support automation and control systems.
  • Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and security of automation and control systems.
  • Conduct system audits and performance assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide training and support to team members and other stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of latest developments in automation and control technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in automation and controls engineering, preferably in the Energy industry.
  • Proven experience with automation, controls, implementation, operational technology, PLC, DCS Controls, SCADA, CPM, OT equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of OT Network, access control, and network design.
  • Familiarity with SAP or equivalent ERP system.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological developments in the field.
