Supervise and implement capital programs in collaboration with property/construction managers.

Develop marketing, PR, and social media initiatives in partnership with the marketing team.

Lead on-site property management teams.

Evaluate monthly reporting and property performance alongside property managers and the accounting team.

Coordinate annual budget preparation.

Conduct property site inspections and market research.

Assist in financial analysis and due diligence for new acquisitions.

Deliver property status updates during committee meetings and conference calls.

Interface with clients, bankers, investors, property managers, attorneys, and third-party consultants.



Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or business preferred.
5+ years of real estate asset management experience, focusing on multi-family assets.
Proficiency in advanced Excel modeling and other MS Office applications.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
