We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-driven Senior Analyst to join our team in the Finance industry. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical support to our team, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. Responsibilities:

1. Provide financial analysis and reporting support to the team, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of information.
2. Handle Corporate Actions and liaise with Broker/Dealer to ensure smooth operations.
3. Utilize FIS Phase 3, DTC PBS/PST, BETA, and other relevant systems to manage and analyze financial data.
4. Assist in strategic decision-making processes by providing insightful and actionable financial analysis.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the accuracy of financial data and reports.
6. Participate in the development of financial strategies and plans to drive business growth.
7. Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast.
8. Identify and communicate potential risks and opportunities to the management team.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience within the financial services industry.
2. Experience working with Broker/Dealer and handling Corporate Actions.
3. An associate degree or bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, or finance.
4. Experience with FIS Phase 3, DTC PBS/PST, BETA, or equivalent systems.
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
7. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
9. Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques and methodologies.
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
11. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
12. A minimum of 2+ years of relevant and recent experience is required for this position.
