Position Objective:
The primary objective of the Senior Accountant is to deliver exceptional client satisfaction through the provision of tax and various accounting services.

How will you accomplish this objective?
1. Cultivate and maintain robust client relationships, encompassing both new and existing clients, with regular client interactions.
2. Offer valuable guidance to clients on accounting, tax, and QuickBooks-related matters.
3. Efficiently manage the workload for accounting service projects, providing support to the team as needed to ensure timely completion of all tasks.
4. Assume a leadership role for multiple clients, taking charge of their financial needs.
5. Handle payroll processing and review, encompassing quarterly and year-end reporting.
6. Prepare a variety of tax returns, including individual, partnership, and corporate, such as 1120, 1120S, 1065, Sales Tax, and Personal Property Tax.

What is required to accomplish this objective?

1. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
2. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is preferred. If you don't have one, don't worry – we will cover the cost.
3. A minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including the specified duties and responsibilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
5. Familiarity with CCH Axcess Tax Software.
6. Demonstrated understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
