Job Details:

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior Accountant - Audit. This is a permanent role and a great opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients in the finance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of audit-related tasks and ensuring the highest level of service to our clients. Responsibilities:

1. Conducting detailed audit processes and procedures for clients in accordance with GAAP.
2. Preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with regulations.
3. Utilizing QuickBooks and Profx Tax software for efficient and accurate data management and reporting.
4. Assisting with tax preparation and filing tasks, ensuring all tax obligations are met in a timely manner.
5. Identifying and communicating potential risks and audit findings to management.
6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
7. Collaborating with team members to improve audit procedures and processes, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Staying updated with industry trends, regulations, and changes in accounting standards.
9. Participating in continuous professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. CPA certification is mandatory.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a CPA firm.
4. A minimum of 3 years of public accounting audit experience.
5. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Profx Tax software.
6. Strong understanding of GAAP and other accounting principles.
7. Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
10. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
