We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager for our Private Client Insurance division. This role is an integral part of our sales team and will be responsible for managing and growing our portfolio of high net worth clients. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced insurance professional who is driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients. The Senior Account Manager will work closely with our sales and underwriting teams to ensure we are delivering the best insurance solutions to meet our clients' unique needs.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high net worth clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to quote new business and renewals.
  • Provide exceptional client service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Continually stay abreast of changes in the insurance industry, ensuring our clients are receiving the best coverage at the best price.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, sharing insights and strategies for growing our private client portfolio.
  • Leverage your knowledge of personal lines insurance to educate clients and recommend appropriate coverage options.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, preferably within the insurance industry.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients.
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance, including home, auto, and umbrella policies.
  • Exceptional client service skills, with a passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Experience in quoting new business and renewals, with a strong understanding of underwriting principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Experience with AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati and PURE would be required.
  • Active P&C license required
