Sr Account Executive-Commercial Lines

Client Growing National Insurance Brokerage Firm seeking a Sr. Account Executive experienced managing a large book of business and servicing middle market and large commercial accounts.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial lines accounts while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns, and providing solutions in a timely manner.
3. Analyze and assess clients' risk exposure, recommend appropriate insurance coverages, and ensure that all policies are up-to-date and in compliance with regulations.
4. Process insurance claims efficiently and accurately, liaising with insurers and clients throughout the claim process.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase account growth and profitability.
6. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of commercial insurance products and stay updated with market trends and regulatory changes.
7. Handle account servicing tasks including invoicing, policy changes, and renewals.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role such as Account Executive, Account Manager within Commercial Lines
2. Proven experience in managing commercial insurance accounts.
3. Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance, risk management, and property and casualty.
4. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risk and make sound decisions.
7. Proficiency in using insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
