Responsibilities:
The Solutions Architect will be responsible for the following:
1. Designing, implementing, and managing complex Cisco network solutions.
2. Working closely with clients to understand their business needs and translating these into technical requirements and solutions.
3. Providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of network engineers.
4. Developing and maintaining technical documentation including network diagrams, hardware and software inventories, and configuration standards and protocols.
5. Conducting network assessments and providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.
6. Ensuring network security by designing and implementing robust security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and network access controls.
7. Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
8. Keeping up-to-date with the latest Cisco technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) or Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE) certification.
3. Proven experience in Cisco network design and implementation.
4. Strong knowledge of network security design and best practices.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of network engineers.
8. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
