We are seeking a highly skilled, dedicated, and security-conscious Software Developer with active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance to join our dynamic team of engineers. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and implement software solutions using .Net, C#, AWS, JavaScript, and Kubernetes.
2. Collaborate with other team members to determine the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
3. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
4. Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
5. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance.
6. Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers.


Qualifications:

1. Active TS/SCI CI Poly clearance is mandatory.
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3. Minimum of 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .Net, C#, AWS, JavaScript, and Kubernetes.
4. Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions.
5. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
