Software Architect (Remote)

Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in architecting microservices-based applications and optimizing database schemas, with a passion for leading teams and driving projects to success.

You will play a pivotal role in the planning and execution of software projects, making sure they align with business goals and technology strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of Microservice-based architecture, C# .NET, Azure, Cloud Application Design patterns, TypeScript / Angular, and web and mobile application development.

Qualifications:

• 8-12+ years of hands-on experience in architecting software with a strong emphasis on C# and Microservices frameworks
• Expertise in designing scalable, high-performance solutions within cloud-based architectures, preferably Azure.
• Knowledge of mobile app development is a plus, adding value to our comprehensive tech solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a strong foundation in software development principles (Master's degree preferred)
• Full-Stack experience with TypeScript and Angular (or React)
• Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems efficiently, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
• A proactive approach to project management, with experience leading projects to successful completion.
• Experience in workforce management, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll solutions, healthcare, or related fields is preferred.
• Up-to-date awareness of emerging software development technologies and methodologies. Be proactive in evaluating and recommending new technologies to enhance product offerings.

• Architect scalable, robust applications leveraging Cloud Application Design patterns, ensuring long-term viability.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration for feature development, from conception through deployment, aligning with project objectives.
• Mentor and guide both local and offshore development teams, promoting best practices, design patterns, and a culture of continuous learning.
• Champion the integration of new technologies to enhance development efficiency and application performance.
• Ensure exceptional application performance and quality, proactively addressing any issues to maintain high standards of code integrity.
• Facilitate project planning and execution, defining clear goals, timelines, and expectations with stakeholders.
• Maintain rigorous design documentation, supporting a structured, scalable approach to software architecture and development.
