Site Safety Manager

Title: Safety Manager
Location: Hudson Falls, NY
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
Requirements: Commercial Construction / OSHA/ Asbestos Safety Regulations / Safety Management

• Travel to different job sites to perform comprehensive safety inspections.
• Demonstrate an excellent understanding of OSHA regulations and ensure compliance.
• Develop and execute employee safety and health training programs.
• Oversee project security contracts, programs, and policy enforcement.
• Maintain meticulous records related to safety and compliance.
• Conduct thorough investigations into incidents and injuries, producing detailed reports.
• Complete all necessary company safety program documentation.
• Monitor and administer the construction safety program.
• Provide support for continuous improvement initiatives and manage changes associated with safety implementations.
• Fulfill additional job-related duties as required.

Qualifications:

• A valid and clean driver's license is a mandatory requirement.
• A degree in Safety Management is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Exhibit professionalism in various business settings.
• Possess strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in PC programs, including Microsoft Office.
• Preferred experience in Union Commercial Roofing.
• Required experience in Asbestos Safety.
