POSITION DESCRIPTION:
As a pivotal member of the Robotics Division's local Services team, the Services Sales Engineering Manager collaborates closely with the local Head of Services to shape the Sales and Marketing strategy pertaining to Services Business. This role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities spanning sales, marketing, and customer service, necessitating a seamless partnership with the Robotics team to drive Services business growth and enhance installed base (IB) penetration.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Foster and enhance the services business through promotion and development initiatives.
Coordinate and manage local sales operations to maximize productivity.
Strategize and execute action plans to achieve targeted IB penetration objectives.
Facilitate the local rollout of services product portfolio.
Represent the company at commercial events and engagements.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and gather feedback through surveys and other channels.
Identify market segment needs and tailor local service offerings accordingly in collaboration with the Local Head of Services.
Contribute to the local communication strategy to amplify the brand and foster interaction with customers.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and Divisional Sales, Marketing, and Service guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field.
5+ years of experience in services sales.
Profound industry knowledge with exposure to customer communication environments.
Demonstrated track record in developing and executing successful service strategies.
Travel Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean record, valid passport or ability to obtain one, willingness and ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
Skills: Expertise in Industrial Services business, strong strategic thinking capabilities, exceptional sales management proficiency, adept negotiation and analytical skills coupled with strong business acumen, and a collaborative team-oriented work style.
