Job Details:
We are on the lookout for an experienced ServiceNow Engineer who specializes in SecOps, ITSM, and Integrations. This is a permanent role in our dynamic technology team. If you are a driven individual with a passion for technology and a knack for problem-solving, this is the perfect opportunity for you. This role will involve working on integration, deployment, security, incident response, and vulnerability response, and will require a deep understanding of ServiceNow. With at least 5 years of experience under your belt, you will play a key role in driving our technical operations and ensuring our systems are running smoothly and securely.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
• Manage and resolve complex issues related to ServiceNow operations.
• Develop and execute SecOps and ITSM processes in ServiceNow.
• Perform integrations and process automation using ServiceNow Orchestration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of software updates and enhancements.
• Implement security measures and manage incident and vulnerability responses.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of ServiceNow functionalities.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
• Proficient in ServiceNow SecOps and ITSM modules.
• Experience in integration, deployment, security, incident response, and vulnerability response.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications would be an added advantage.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
