Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Service Technician, your responsibilities will include:

1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of alarm systems, CCTV, and access control systems.
2. Conducting regular inspections of systems to ensure they are functioning optimally and to identify any potential issues.
3. Providing exceptional customer service by answering queries and addressing issues in a timely and professional manner.
4. Collaborating with the team to develop and implement strategies for improving service delivery.
5. Keeping abreast of the latest technology trends and developments in the field of security systems.
6. Training clients on the proper use of their security systems and providing them with relevant documentation.
7. Ensuring compliance with all safety and security regulations during installations and repairs.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Service Technician position, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in alarm, CCTV, and access control installations.
2. Proven experience with Brivo, Genetec, and Axis systems.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
4. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
5. Strong technical knowledge of various security systems and their components.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites as needed.
9. A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism at all times.
