Service and Operations Manager - Fire Protection

We specialize in the Design-Build method of construction resulting in fast-track delivery of the project improvements to our customers. We are one of the largest specialty contractors in the U.S. and the only one with all eight M.E.P (Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Automation, Refrigeration, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) design and installation capabilities in-house.

We are seeking a Service/Operations Manager who will be responsible for business development, service sales, deficiency quotations, and small contract projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Work with Service Manager to generate new sales and assist customers on current agreements
Identify, prospect, and qualify sales leads
Contribute to writing quotes and contracts for service sales
Learn and apply sales techniques
Work on increasingly challenging and engaging real-work projects
Gain hands-on experience in each stage of the sales funnel
Other duties assigned
Qualifications

Marketing or sales degree preferred
Fire Protection experience a plus
Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
Must be disciplined and self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Experience with Microsoft 0365 applications
Must have good computer technical experience
