Offers counsel to clients and cultivate a “part of our team” relationship

• Leads design and fellow designers in working collaboratively with project teams consisting of developers, project/product managers, QA, etc.
• Provides structure and direction out of evolving processes and design problems
• Delivers impeccable design to clients
• Positions one’s self as a team-lead that manages deliverables, responsibilities, and scheduling
• Designs products with a Human Centered Design approach with the ability to solve user needs with deep customer empathy
• Ability to set artistic direction for projects based on client feedback
• Works independently when necessary to deliver fully realized work that exceeds the client’s expectations
• Comfortable leading a team of fellow designers on a project, working as part of a team, or leading design as a solo member
• Confidence in delivering your perspective while actively considering others' points of view
• Ability to explain and sell design decisions to clients and stakeholders
