We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic Permanent Tax Manager to join our finance team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance and advisory work for clients. Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate tax audits.
2. Prepare and review tax returns for Individuals (1040), Corporations (1120), S Corporations (1120S), Partnerships (1065), and Trust & Estates (1041).
3. Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations.
4. Manage tax provision and tax compliance process.
5. Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.
6. Manage and coordinate tax planning and research.
7. Maintain and update working knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including new filing practices, deadlines
