Job Details

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assume a leadership role within the Private Client Service / Estate and Trust division of the Firm.
Lead, oversee, and mentor members of the Private Client Service / Estate and Trust team.
Manage tax compliance and planning responsibilities across multiple states.
Foster a prominent presence within the Estate and Trust community.
Cultivate and maintain existing business relationships while establishing new connections.
Provide expert advice to clients on Estate and Trust matters.
Conduct extensive tax compliance, research, consulting, and planning for various areas, including individual, fiduciary, not-for-profit (private foundation), gift, and estate tax.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Preferred qualifications include CPA certification, with MST certification as a plus.
A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in public accounting and/or professional services firms or law firms.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Demonstrated proficiency in devising gift and estate planning strategies for high-net-worth clients.
Substantial experience in managing estate tax, gift tax, and fiduciary income tax returns.
Solid understanding of fiduciary accounting principles.
Technical expertise in relevant subject matter areas.
Ability to seamlessly provide integrated services to clients.
Strong project management capabilities.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
