We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Senior Tax Accountant to join our dynamic finance industry team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the field of tax accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts
• Conduct tax research and provide guidance to clients on tax-related issues
• Assist with tax planning and strategy development for high-net worth individuals and businesses
• Review and analyze financial statements and other accounting records to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
• Identify and resolve tax-related issues and discrepancies
• Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to provide tax-related advice and support
• Manage and mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality work and professional development
• Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations and provide guidance to clients accordingly
• Utilize CCH and CCH Prosystems to maximize efficiency and accuracy in tax preparation and filing processes

Qualifications:

• CPA or EA certification required
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, including corporate tax returns, estate and trust taxes, and high-net worth individual taxes
• Experience with CCH and CCH Prosystems preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
