Job Details
- Develop and manage the purchasing/purchase order process from start to finish for all responsible budgets
- Develop and manage inventory system and quality workflows and procedures across organization
- Recommend process improvement for supply chain procedures, training, compliance management
- Manage suppliers for compliance, and review alternative suppliers for cost improvements and redundancy
- Ensure the adoption new processes and capabilities through strong change management and planning
- On weekends: manage outbound and inbound logistics flow from dispatching to receiving of hourly shipments
- On weekends: communicate with delivery riders and 3PL’s, and internal teams on operations needs and status
- On weekends: execute standard work in the areas of Safety, Quality and Productivity to meet operational goals
