Senior Superintendent

As a Senior Superintendent you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of commercial construction projects. You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Your leadership skills, construction expertise, and attention to detail will be essential in coordinating with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and the project team to deliver exceptional results.

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Scopes including but not limited to Spall Repair, Brick & Block Masonry Restoration, Liquid & Membrane Waterproofing, Deck Coating, Through Wall Flashing as well as Caulking and Window Glazing
• Two-year college degree in Construction Management/ Trades or a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• OSHA 30 Preferred

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee superintendents and their projects.
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and project schedules with the superintendents.
• Participate in weekly job site progress meetings.
• Participate in job turnover meetings.
