Job Details

  • 12+ years’ experience as a commercial construction superintendent, with demonstrated progression in scope and responsibility
  • Demonstrated success in managing large ($35mm and up) and complex projects
  • Experience managing zero lot-line projects
  • Experience with multifamily housing with parking structures
  • Experience with Infinity metal framing or a similar system is desired, but not required
  • Holds Class A Contractor Supervisor Certification in a Colorado Front Range municipality, or ability to attain within 12-months
  • LEED accreditation is a plus
