Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Hybrid Work Schedule (Work from home Monday and Friday. In the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.)
- Month-end close activities and reporting.
- Complete journal entries and perform account reconciliations.
- Review of intercompany transactions.
- Assist with the annual audit process and prepare necessary schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of ad hoc financial schedules and reports.
- Perform the daily treasury function of cash receipts and disbursements and timely cash account reconciliations.
- Produce and distribute recurring reports (Daily sales, daily cash movement, etc.).
- Assist in documentation of SOPs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 7+ years of general accounting experience.
- SAP experience in a similar role is required.
- A valid CPA license is required.
- Experience with accounting in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Proficient with the use of Microsoft excel and word is required.
