rimary Responsibilities

Develop applications on ServiceNow platform.
Develop web based and mobile applications.
Develop integrations using APIs and middleware.
Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to: screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development.
Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade is completed.
Obtain, analyze, and interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in ServiceNow.
Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.
Manage source/version control process for Application release and maintenance.
Manage and oversee complex technical development projects.
Additional Responsibilities

Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.
Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
Answer “how to” technical and application configuration questions.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for ServiceNow Development.
Qualifications

6+ years of experience in applying information systems solutions to business problems.
6+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform.
Expertise with Flow, Process Builder, data model and other development tools.
Strong technical background and ability to quickly pick up new technology.
Experience with Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharma, Med Device, Biotech preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Thorough understanding of the principles of SDLC methodologies, DevOps and testing best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills ensuring the ability to interact with the business, peers and vendors in a professional manner.
Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification required.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification required.
ServiceNow CIS Discovery certification preferred.
ITIL V4 Foundations certification preferred.
