Job Details

Now we are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to help us deliver our technology across our US customer base. This is a key role within the company, joining at a pivotal time to ensure our prestigious healthcare clients gain incredible value using our products.

What the role requires:

  • Defining and owning our customer onboarding process that can scale and enable successful implementations and increased value for our clients
  • Ensuring on-time deliveries and SLAs are met
  • Owning documentation and reporting KPI metrics
  • Comfortable working with customers to understand requirements, and drive product adoption
  • Managing a budget, to ensure delivery within defined unit economics
  • Working closely with executive leadership in the UK and North America

What we’re looking for:

Required:
  • 5+ years growing lines of business focused on Value-based care / digital clinic business
  • Must have an established network of potential customers (at risk networks and employers)
  • Proven track record of selling significant deals within this space.
  • An understanding of what makes great customer support
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Very process driven, having created onboarding processes at scale
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in regulated environment
