We are a fast growing cosmetic company seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Regulatory Manager to join our dynamic team. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our company's products meet all necessary regulations and standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all regulatory aspects of our product portfolio, which includes cosmetics and personal care products. This role requires an in-depth understanding of Fair Packaging and Labeling, FDA regulations, and FDC guidelines.

1. Oversee and manage all regulatory affairs related to our cosmetics and personal care products.
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines including Fair Packaging and Labeling, FDA, and FDC regulations.
3. Develop and implement regulatory strategies and plans in alignment with the company's objectives.
4. Provide regulatory guidance and support to other departments within the company.
5. Prepare and submit regulatory documents to relevant authorities.
6. Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and industry bodies.
7. Monitor changes in regulations and guidelines and assess their impact on the company's products.
8. Lead and manage a team of regulatory affairs professionals.
9. Conduct regular training sessions for staff on regulatory affairs and compliance.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Science, Law, Business, or equivalent. A Master’s degree or other advanced qualification would be a plus.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
3. Solid experience in the cosmetics and personal care industry is a must.
4. Extensive knowledge of Fair Packaging and Labeling, FDA, and FDC regulations.
5. Proven experience in preparing and submitting regulatory documents.
6. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
9. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Proficiency in using regulatory software and databases.
