We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and passionate individual to join our team as a Permanent Senior Project/Product Manager. This role is a unique blend of project management, product development, and e-commerce strategy. The person in this role will be responsible for overseeing the entire life cycle of our products, from conception to commercialization. They will also play a pivotal role in managing project deadlines, ensuring customer success, and integrating various technologies into our business operations.

**MUST BE very technical and prefers someone who can bug fix code when needed**
**Must be well versed in SQL (Stored procedures)**

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of product development, from initial concept to commercialization.
2. Collaborate with various teams to create and implement project plans, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
3. Utilize e-commerce and API integration strategies to optimize product visibility and sales.
4. Oversee the management of OMS and WMS, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
5. Develop and implement P2C, B2B, and D2C strategies to maximize product reach and profitability.
6. Ensure customer success by addressing any issues or concerns and providing top-notch customer service.
7. Utilize Jira to manage workflows and streamline project management processes.
8. Collaborate with the software development team to create and implement innovative solutions.
9. Oversee shipping and fulfillment processes, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
10. Apply creative thinking to develop innovative product designs and advertising strategies.
11. Utilize knowledge of embroidery and print to create visually appealing and high-quality products.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project/product management, preferably within an e-commerce setting.
2. Proven experience with API integration, OMS, and WMS.
3. Demonstrated success in managing project deadlines and ensuring customer success.
4. Proficiency in Jira or similar project management software.
5. Extensive experience in software development.
6. Knowledge of shipping and fulfillment processes.
7. Experience in product development, including the ability to apply creative thinking to product design and advertising.
8. Knowledge of embroidery and print, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
9. Proven experience in B2B, D2C, and P2C strategies.
10. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
11. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate potential issues and develop effective solutions.
