Senior Project Manager

My client is a Premier Builder in the Wisconsin construction market. They pride themselves on their quality and ability to form lasting relationships with their clients and subcontracting partners. They focus on Ground-up and Interior Commercial & Retail project work. They are actively growing and seeking a Senior Project Manager with ideally 10+ years of experience in the market. Their main geographic markets are Milwaukee & Madison.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Project Manager will have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial and retail projects.
2. Proven experience in managing construction projects from the ground-up.
3. A strong understanding of the construction industry, including in-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and lead a team to success.
5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying and resolving potential issues before they become problems.
7. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
8. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
