Job Details:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing complex construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge in contract management, team management, and possess a deep understanding of the construction industry. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, the Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle, including conception, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, manage and supervise the progress, and deliver every project on time, within budget and scope.
• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
• Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
• Implement effective communication plan and operating rhythm, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information, fostering positive work environment, promoting teamwork, performance feedback, and recognition.
• Identify, analyze, and respond to risks that impact the successful completion of the project, implementing contingency plans and immediate corrective actions as necessary.
• Review project schedules with all relevant stakeholders, revising plans as required, and ensuring project deliverables satisfy project requirements.
• Regularly review project status, analyzing results, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
• Foster a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in contract management and team management.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
• Exceptional leadership, organization, and team-building skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with complex transactions with little supervision.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management software tools and MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Must be able to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, build and develop a team of professionals.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
