We're an Atlanta based General Contractor that has been in business for over 30 years and operate in a wide-variety of construction markets that include Multifamily, Commercial, K-12/Education, Class A Corporate Offices, Hospitality, Industrial, & Healthcare projects throughout the Southeast.

We are well established in the industry and generate majority of our business from relationships built with repeat clients.

Job Details:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our thriving construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is integral to our success and requires a strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in construction project management.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

1. Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific construction projects from inception to completion.
2. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
3. Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with project change request
forms.
4. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals, and make necessary
corrections for project success.
5. Provide on-site leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their
responsibilities and project milestones.
6. Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff.
7. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
8. Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.
9. Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and other construction professionals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. A minimum of 7+ years of proven working experience in project management in the construction sector, including all aspects of
process development and execution.
3. Solid understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
4. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
5. Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc.
6. Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar.
7. Competency in conflict and crisis management, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
9. Exceptional leadership and team-building abilities.
10. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
