We are seeking a talented Sr. Project Manager to oversee Mining and Development in the Intermountain Region. Your responsibilities include providing leadership, strategic guidance, and ensuring the achievement of both short-term and long-term goals. Collaborating closely with the Area Manager your goal will be to grow our Mining and Development Area with the expectation of assuming the Area Manager role within a six-month time frame.

Salary: $120,000-$140,000 DOE (Assistant Area Manager to $170k)

Background Profile:

• 4 yr degree in mining, engineering, construction management, or equivalent.
• 5+ yrs leading project operations in mining, earthwork construction, design, finance, and management.
• Expertise in leading $50M+ contracts, overseeing operations, project administration, and client relations for large construction projects.
