As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee roofing projects from start to finish:

• Lead/oversee all aspects of commercial roofing projects to ensure quality completion on-time and on budget
• Manage and mentor roofing crews, ensuring they have the necessary resources, equipment, and training to excel in their roles
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Prepare regular reports on project progress, budgets, and key performance indicators for management

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in Commercial Roofing as a Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office

Preferred:

• OSHA certification and other relevant industry certifications are a plus, but not required
