We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Civil Land Development team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of innovative, high-profile projects that are transforming the built environment. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex civil engineering projects. This role is ideally suited to a strategic thinker with a passion for driving project success, a deep understanding of civil engineering principles, and a strong background in land development.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the planning, design, and implementation of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
2. Coordinate and direct project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines, and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
4. Oversee all aspects of land development, including site planning, grading, utility design, and regulatory compliance.
5. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and ensure safety standards are met.
6. Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
7. Promote and implement best practices in project management and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
2. A minimum of 10+ years of experience in civil project management, with a focus on land development.
3. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
4. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale civil engineering projects.
5. Advanced knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and methods, particularly as they relate to land development.
6. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams towards successful project completion.
7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach to decision-making.
8. Proficient in project management software and tools, as well as standard industry software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
10. A commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and regulatory standards.
