We are in search of an experienced Senior Estimator to join our team!

This individual will be a vital part of our construction team as they will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for multi-family construction projects!

DO YOU HAVE:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Estimator with 2+ years of supervising experience?
• a bachelors degree in engineering, construction management, architecture or other related fields?
• are you familiar with construction materials, labor costs, and industry pricing trends
