Senior Project Engineer

Following recent industry dynamics, we've made significant strides in the Mission Critical space, with a strong portfolio in manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, data centers, and expansive entertainment projects.

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Senior Project Engineer with substantial commercial project experience to join our dynamic team. This role demands a professional who can oversee large commercial projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely completion. Your background in managing fast-track concrete and steel packages, combined with proficiency in key industry software and familiarity with the Phoenix construction landscape, will be instrumental to our continued success.

Project Oversight:

• Supervise large commercial projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and design specifications.
• Technical Coordination: Work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring that construction activities align with the project timeline and specifications.
• Contract Management: Oversee the contractual aspects of large, fast-track concrete and steel packages, ensuring they adhere to set standards and guidelines.
• Software Usage: Utilize industry-leading tools such as ProjectSight, Procore, CMIC, Kahua, or equivalent to streamline project management tasks and improve efficiency.
• Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes, ensuring that the project aligns with building codes, standards, and client specifications.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring transparent and regular communication.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members and compliance with local and federal regulations.
• BIM Navigation: Utilize BIM for project visualization and planning. While expertise is not required, basic proficiency is expected.

Qualifications:

• Solid commercial project experience, having managed or assisted in projects valued at $200M+.
• Demonstrable experience managing large, fast-track concrete and steel packages.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProjectSight, Procore, CMIC, Kahua, or other similar programs.
• Previous project experience in Phoenix is preferred.
• Manufacturing project management experience is a plus.
• Basic proficiency in navigating BIM; while expertise is not required, candidates should be familiar with its use and application.
