Senior Project Engineer

Senior Project Manager needed at leading manufacturing company in Northern Virginia. This role is at the company corporate headquarters and will be responsible for identifying and executing manufacturing projects at various plants across the US. Responsibilities:
* Develop project plans, presents plans to management, and executes plans in a timely manner
* Develop manufacturing process performance requirements
* Implements all capital projects for company plants
* Trains and mentors junior engineers in project management.
* Employ six sigma and lean methodologies

REQUIREMENTS:
* BS Degree in Industrial, Electrical, Chemical, or Mechanical engineering discipline. Graduate degree in engineering or MBA preferred
* 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience supporting and leading technical projects
* Must be able to lead and execute plant capital projects
* Automation experience is a plus
* Six Sigma and lean training
* 15-30% domestic travel as required
